Carly Althoff is an American architect and documentary storyteller drawn to communities shaping resilient futures from the ground up. Over the past decade, she has worked with nonprofit organisations across Africa, Asia and Latin America to support and document meaningful, locally led design projects. Through her interest in culture, place and everyday resilience, she aims to amplify grassroots social and environmental change that deserves greater visibility and support.

Dater is an insight professional with extensive experience in driving business opportunities, delivering market intelligence, and supporting organizations across Singapore and ASEAN within the built environmental sector. She is passionate about uncovering consumer motivations and transforming data into actionable strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. Skilled in analytics, identifying growth opportunities, tailoring client solutions, and optimising information workflows, she consistently delivers value to stakeholders. Dater is actively engaged in community service, supporting seniors, food-aid programmes, and migrant workers, driven by a commitment to give back and create meaningful impact. She holds an MBA in International Business from James Cook University, Singapore and a First Class Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Law and Secretarial Practice from BMCC, Pune.

Truc Anh is a senior research and market analysis specialist with more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate data analysis. She focuses on sourcing, validating, and interpreting project and market data to support practical commercial decisions. Ongoing engagement with developers, contractors, consultants, and public sources helps her to provide a clear view of market structure and project activity. Truc Anh provides comprehensive data coverage and in-depth market intelligence, supporting market outlook assessments and informed decision-making. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Van Lang University and a Tax Report Certificate from the Institute of Accounting and Business Management.

Hans Lim is owner of design firm Nie O One Design, experienced in creating award-winning magazines. His photos have attracted the attention of organisations such as Apple and TEDxPetaling Street—they have been showcased on social media, videos, books and magazines, including this website. Nipun Prabhakar is an independent photographer and architect who works with various South Asian indigenous communities, working at the intersection of ideas, artefacts, folklore and the built environment. His work has appeared in major publications like The New York Times and The Washington Post, etc. In 2023, Nipun was invited to the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in London to present his work on architectural photography. He is also the founder of Dhammada Collective, a design group working towards a conscious, sustainable and equitable world.
